Terms
The agreement between us
Plain terms for using Private Attaché. Using the product means you accept them.
Last updated 20 October 2026
Who you are agreeing with
Private Attaché is run by Right Tail Corporation. If you are agreeing on behalf of a firm, you are saying you may bind that firm.
Your account
Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility, so turn on a second step if other people can reach your screen.
A firm's Owner decides who joins its workspace and what each person may do. Removing somebody removes their access.
What you may and may not do
Use the product for your work. Do not use it to do harm.
- Do not break the law with it, or help anybody else to.
- Do not upload anything you have no right to upload.
- Do not try to reach another firm's data, or to get around the limits of your plan.
- Do not resell access, or share one seat between several people. A firm may set its workspace to one session at a time, which signs the other devices out.
Your work belongs to you
Everything you put in, your clients, documents, plans and messages, stays yours. We hold it so the product can show it to you and to the people you share it with, and for no other purpose.
You can export it, and you can have it deleted. We claim no ownership and we do not use it to train anything.
Paying for it
Plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly as you choose. The price is what the Pricing page says when you subscribe.
AI use is metered on top, from what each request actually costs us, with a margin. You see the running figure in the product, and you are never charged for a request that failed.
Cancel whenever you like and you keep the plan until the period you paid for ends. We do not refund part of a period unless the law says we must.
The services you connect
Google, Microsoft, Slack, Stripe and Intuit each have their own terms with you, and we are not a party to them. If one of them changes or withdraws something, the part of the product that depends on it may change with it.
What the product does not promise
We work to keep it available and correct, and we do not promise it will never be unavailable or never be wrong. It is given as it is.
What the AI writes is a draft. Read it before you send it to a client, and never treat it as legal, financial or medical advice.
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you over any twelve months is limited to what you paid us in those twelve months.
Ending it
Close your account whenever you want. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, or that puts other people at risk, and we will tell you why unless telling you would make things worse.
When an account closes, the data goes as the Privacy page describes.
Changes, and the law that applies
If these terms change materially we will tell you in the product before the change takes effect.
The governing law will be named here once the company's registered details are confirmed.
